I am standing for election to both Cornwall and Town Council as your Liberal Democrat candidate.

As wife of the current mayor of St Austell I actively lead and support local community activities and am committed to supporting voice and choice for all individuals and community groups.

I bring extensive knowledge & experience in education leadership, vocational training, special education, disability issues and inclusion.

Having lived and worked in Cornwall since 1976, I have witnessed many changes to our county’s growth and prosperity. I welcome the opportunity to serve the local and wider community, and will work tirelessly to ensure your voice is heard and our local needs are known.

I WILL:

- hold regular surgeries to listen and act on your behalf ensuring that issues faced by St Austell are known and addressed at Town and Cornwall Council

 - Provide specialist knowledge and skills to advocate for educational issues and the needs of learners of all ages- 

- defend the rights of all community members to access health & well being services and support

- work with all members of the local and wider community to support the growth, development and prosperity of St Austell
